Refund Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out the terms on which Bharat BrandDShala LLP will and will not refund payments made for our webinars, sessions, group cohort programs, and mentorship programs (each, a “Program”). By registering for any Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Policy along with our Terms & Conditions.

  1. General Position – Digital Programs

Our Programs deliver non-tangible, digital, and irrevocable content – live and recorded sessions, frameworks, downloadable materials, and access to community channels. Once a Program has commenced or content has been accessed, we do not provide refunds, in line with industry standard practice for digital educational content and the relevant exception under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020.

By paying for any Program, you confirm that you have reviewed the Program description, schedule, and inclusions on the landing page before registering.

  1. Webinar-Specific Policy
  • Once your payment is confirmed, your seat is reserved and is non-refundable.
  • If the webinar is cancelled or rescheduled by BrandDShala, you will be offered either (a) a seat in the next available session at no extra cost, or (b) a full refund to the original payment method via TagMango.
  • If you are unable to attend a webinar you registered for, you may request access to the recording where it forms part of the standard offering. No cash refund is given for non-attendance.
  1. Group Cohort and Long-Term Program Policy
  • Your seat is confirmed only on receipt of full payment. Cohort sizes are limited, and your seat blocks another founder from joining.
  • Payments are non-refundable once the cohort has commenced or joining material/access has been issued – whichever is earlier.
  • If you request a refund before the cohort commences and before any access has been issued, we may at our sole discretion process a refund after deducting payment-gateway and administrative charges.
  • Transfers between cohorts may be permitted on a case-by-case basis, in writing, subject to availability and a reasonable administrative fee.
  1. Exceptional Circumstances

In genuine exceptional circumstances – serious medical emergencies, bereavement, or comparable events supported by reasonable documentation – we may, at our sole discretion, offer one of the following:

  • A transfer of your seat to a later cohort.
  • A credit note redeemable against another BrandDShala program within 12 months.
  • A partial refund, after deducting non-recoverable costs (payment gateway, applicable taxes, administrative costs).

These are goodwill measures and do not constitute a right to refund under any circumstances.

  1. How to Raise a Refund Request

To request a refund or cancellation, write to support@bharatbranddshala.com within 7 days of payment (and before any session access is granted) with the following:

  • Your full name, WhatsApp number, and registered email address.
  • The name of the Program and date of registration.
  • The TagMango transaction ID.
  • The reason for the request, with supporting documents where applicable.

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and provide a decision within 14 working days.

  1. TagMango Payment Platform

All payments for our Programs are routed through TagMango, our third-party payment platform. Any approved refund will be processed back to the original mode of payment through TagMango.

 

Refund Timeline

Typically 7–14 business days after we issue the refund instruction, depending on your bank and card network.

Gateway Charges

Non-recoverable. Typically 2% for Indian payment methods and up to 5% for international. These are deducted from any approved refund.

For failed payments, double charges, or transaction errors, you may also contact TagMango at https://tagmango.com.

  1. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card network without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute it with documentary evidence of your acceptance of these Terms. An unjustified chargeback may result in suspension of access to all current and future Programs and is treated as a material breach of our Terms & Conditions.

  1. No Refunds For

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of mind, priorities, or plans after the Program has commenced.
  • Failure to attend without prior written notice.
  • Technical issues at your end (poor internet, hardware problems, browser compatibility).
  • Dissatisfaction with content style or delivery preferences where the Program has been delivered as described.
  • Account suspension following a breach of our Terms & Conditions.
  1. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. The courts of Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy, subject to the arbitration provision in our Terms & Conditions.
